There are correct judgments and facts in this piece, but alot of falsehood aswell, with biased opinions mixed for good measure, some pretending to be facts. I will only respond to what I think is most important.
For example:
> The longstanding problem with the Constitutional Tribunal is that its members must be appointed by the Sejm [parliament] but sworn in by the President
Polish constitution does not mention swearing in a judge. Polish law on operations of the tribunal does, but from constitution's point of view selecting a judge is a wholly competency of parliament, not a joint one of parliament+president as far as I understand. You can check the polish constitution in English here[1], article 194 being the relevant one.
The judges in question were selected in March, so this plan was in the oven for some time, I can agree on that point.
I have not seen any reports of German police, first I heard. Then again I do not listen to our version of fox news.
Agree with it not turning violent. Today's first news on radio was a report on air quality, and this was only a second story. Average pole is tired of this decade old fight.
Again agree - the actions of the new judges are.. dubious, let's say.
To close off, author blames tusk for starting the fight in 2015. While it is superficially true, it's akin to blaming a child for being beaten by his father. Tusks action were inappropriate yes, but stopped by the institutions, and akin to usual shenanigans that happens with, for eg. US supreme Court. The counter reaction was a mess designed to completely capture the institution, orban style. Previous govt (current presidents party) even stopped publishing rulings of the judges back in 2016 when they were refusing this capture. They also used police (Marshall guard) to get their judges in, back then.
Today's post asserts other points of Russian propaganda (e.g., about Ukraine being irrevocably "corrupt") without any evidence. The Poland-Ukraine coalition is currently subject to heavy Russian interference, and this author seems to be playing a part in that:

Even before the Russian invasion of Ukraine he was seemingly muddying the waters around the Novichok poisoning of Sergei Skripal:
